This report describes and assesses findings from research conducted by the Aspen Institute’s Workforce Strategies Initiative to determine the ways in which Temple University Hospital’s Episcopal Campus benefited institutionally from the work-based learning program designed and delivered by District 1199C Training and Upgrading Funding collaboration with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (the Philadelphia, PA project).
