To maximize the impact of Jobs to Careers, a learning collaborative was established for project sites to share challenges, successes and lessons learned.
The collaborative uses a variety of ways to foster communication and peer learning, including periodic webinars, conference calls, semi-annual peer learning conferences, Web-based discussion groups and the Jobs to Careers newsletter Working for Health.

Jobs to Careers is a national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in collaboration with the Hitachi Foundation and the United States Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration and with technical assistance provided by Jobs for the Future.
